The Costa Blanca is not one place, it is many, and they are very different from one another. Buying in Torrevieja — a town that lives all year round, with low entry prices — is nothing like buying in Moraira or Altea, with their coves, their pine woods and another level of price altogether. Everything else sits somewhere in between.
