Algorfa
La Finca Golf
The course that orders Algorfa: the village on one side, the resort on the other and the Vega Baja farmland in between.
Algorfa is a quiet inland area for anyone after residential living, golf and good links to the coast.
27 properties available.
Algorfa lies inland in the Vega Baja del Segura, in the south of Alicante province. The municipality covers 18.36 km² and recorded 3,684 inhabitants according to the INE in 2024. Beyond the old town it takes in developments such as Castillo de Montemar, Montebello, La Rellana and Lo Crispín. By car, Alicante is about 47 minutes away, Alicante-Elche airport about 30 and Murcia about 38. It has no coast of its own, but the Guardamar beaches, El Moncayo among them, are a short drive away.
If you are looking to live here all year, Algorfa has a medical centre, a state school, food shops and an intercity bus link. Housing is split between the old town and large urbanisations, with a strong presence of second homes. The resident profile is very international, with a particularly British weighting. La Finca Golf is within the municipality.
