What personal data we process at Adel Properties, what we use it for, who we share it with and what you can decide at any time. The index takes you straight to the section you need.

At Adel Properties we process personal data in accordance with European and Spanish data protection legislation. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, what we rely on in order to do so and what you can decide about it.
It is written in plain language on purpose. If something is not clear, write to us and we will explain it: understanding what is done with your data is part of your rights, it is not a formality.
The data controller for your data is:
This is also the address you can write to if you prefer to exercise your rights by post instead of using the form on this page.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, because the legislation does not require one in our case: the obligation applies to public bodies, to those who carry out large-scale systematic monitoring of individuals and to those who process special categories of data on a large scale, and none of those three situations arises here. For any data protection matter, the channel is the one on this page.
We only ask for what is needed in order to be able to reply to you. These are all the data this website collects, without exception:
We do not ask for or want special categories of data — health, beliefs, ideology, origin — and there is no field for them. If you send them to us of your own accord inside a free-text message, we will delete them.
Apart from this, what is stored in your browser is explained in the Cookie policy.
We process your personal data for these purposes:
The last two depend on you saying yes. If you do not, we can still deal with you just the same: we do not make the service conditional on your accepting advertising.
We may process your data because:
Whenever we do something that depends on your consent, we will ask you for it clearly and separately, so that you can decide in full knowledge of the facts.
Your data may reach:
Outside those cases, we do not pass your data on to third parties without your prior, informed and express consent.
We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your data in line with the risks associated with each processing operation. The aim is to protect three things: that the data are intact, that they are confidential and that they are available when needed.
For that we have a Data Protection Policy — you can read it at Commitment to data protection — and periodic verification, monitoring and audit procedures.
No transfers of your data are envisaged to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have an adequate level of protection.
If at any time it were necessary to make them, we would ask you beforehand and we would adopt the safeguards required by the legislation in force.
A different case are the third-party services that load in the browser — maps, reviews: those do not receive the data you give us, but the data your own browser collects when loading them, and only if you accept them. It is explained in the Cookie policy.
We keep your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which we collected it, and afterwards for the periods the law obliges us to keep it.
Once those periods have run out, we erase it securely.
You have these six rights over your personal data:
To know what data of yours we hold, where it came from and what we use it for.
To correct any data that is wrong or incomplete.
To ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
To ask us to keep the data stored but without using it, while something is being resolved.
To object to our processing your data for a particular purpose.
To receive your data in a format you can take somewhere else.
How to exercise them. You can use the form on this page, write to us at info@adelproperties.es or send your request in writing to the address given in section 2. In any of those cases, enclose a copy of your identity document: it is the way of making sure that the person asking for the data is you and not somebody else.
The Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, the Spanish data protection authority) makes specific forms available for exercising each right at www.aepd.es. You can use them, but it is not compulsory: a request written in your own words is just as good.
Yes, at any time and without having to give reasons. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew it.
For example, if you gave us permission to send you commercial communications and you no longer want them, just tell us and we will stop sending them.
If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly or that we are processing your data improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
Lodging this complaint is free and you do not need legal representation. Even so, we would be grateful if you wrote to us first: almost everything is settled in an email.
As a general rule we do not build profiles of users.
In certain cases we may analyse the information for commercial purposes or in order to improve the service — for example, to adapt the offers we show you to what you have searched for — and in those situations we apply appropriate security measures.
No. Your data will not be used for purposes other than those stated in this policy.
If at any time we wanted to put it to a different use, we would ask you beforehand, in a prior, express, clear and informed manner.
If you have any question about this policy, or you want to exercise any of your rights, the form is right below this section.
You can also write to us directly at info@adelproperties.es or call us on +34 601 611 650.
If you want to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to our processing it or simply understand what we do with it, write to us here.
We will reply to you within the period the legislation lays down. If you prefer to do it in writing to our postal address, you can too: the details are further up, in the section on the data controller.
We use technical cookies to make the site work. The rest — remembering your preferences, measuring how the site is used and loading third-party content such as maps or reviews — are only switched on if you accept them. More information.
