We bring together international experience, legal and financial training, tax advice and a working knowledge of the Spanish property market, so that buying or selling here is secure, transparent and personalised.
ADEL REAL ESTATE, S.L., trading as Adel Properties, is an estate agency founded on the Costa Blanca in 2023.
The company is new. The team is not: behind the name are professionals with wide international experience in property, working to the same three principles — security, transparency and someone alongside the client from start to finish.
The management and team at Adel Properties have over 10 years in the Spanish property market and more than 7 years working abroad.
That international background means we understand how different markets work, we deal with overseas buyers on their own terms, and we approach every transaction in a way that is practical, clear and gets things done.
Our team holds university degrees in Economics and in Law.
We have also gained a professional qualification in tax advice (Asesoría Fiscal) here in Spain, which lets us take a joined-up view of tax, legal advice and how a property transaction is structured.
We combine legal knowledge, an economist's view and hands-on property experience to help our clients make decisions that are safe, transparent and financially sound.
Keeping transactions secure, with professional legal support behind them, is a priority for Adel Properties.
Our agency meets the requirements set out in Spanish law and holds the licences, records and authorisations needed to work in property legally and professionally.
We also carry the compulsory and additional professional insurance required for estate agency work in Spain, which gives our clients a further layer of protection.

Our estate agency work is covered by the insurance policy required of registered agents, one of the conditions for staying on the register.
