How quickly do you reply?

Within 24–48 working hours by email or through the form. On WhatsApp we usually reply the same day, within office hours.

Will someone deal with me in English?

Yes — and in Spanish, Russian or Polish. This is not a courtesy translation: they are the languages the team speaks, and the same people stay with you for the whole process.

I live outside Spain — can I start without coming over?

Yes. A good many of our clients start from abroad. We can show you properties by video call, get the paperwork ready and arrange the trip only once it is worth making.

Do I need an appointment to visit the office?

It is not compulsory, but it is worth making one: that way we can be sure someone is free to see you and have ready whatever you are coming to look at.

Do you charge for information or for a first consultation?

No. Answering your questions, explaining how the market works or valuing your property costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
