It lies on the CV-941 road linking Campoamor with San Miguel de Salinas, at kilometre 6, within the municipality of Orihuela. The development covers 330 hectares in a valley ringed by low hills, and that enclosed shape is what defines it: villas and apartments sit on plots set apart from one another, with no blocks or through roads, looking onto the course or the valley rather than the sea. La Glea beach is about 6 kilometres away and Alicante airport around 50.
The 18-hole, par-71 course was designed by American architect Cabell B. Robinson and opened to the public in the summer of 2010. It measures 6,376 metres from the championship tees and has been named the best course in Spain five times. The resort also has a sports club with tennis and padel, several restaurants, a mini-market and its own beach club at La Glea, with transport from the development.
