This is the Orihuela half of Punta Prima: the development is split by the municipal boundary, and this part belongs to Orihuela Costa. It occupies the northernmost point of the Orihuela coast, right where Torrevieja begins. Its beach, 234 metres long and Blue Flag, has a lift down to the sand, lifeguards, toilets and a beach bar. To the south, the coastal path links with Playa Flamenca along a stretch of coves.
Detached villas dominate, alongside apartment blocks on the main road down to the beach. It is a quiet, family area, with restaurants facing the sea and shops open all year, all within walking distance of the developments near the coast.
