Lo Romero Golf stands beside the Orihuela road (Ctra. Orihuela, km 29), built around the 18-hole, par-72 golf course opened in 2008, set among Aleppo pines, carob trees and rosemary. The club has a tapas bar and terrace over the 18th hole, a practice area, pitching and putting greens, and its own academy.
Housing is spread across plots and developments around the course's streets, mostly recent-build. It is a quiet, low-density area aimed at those after golf and nature rather than the beach or town-centre life, with the club's tapas bar as the area's only place to eat.
