Bahía Golf occupies the slope of the Finestrat municipality that faces the bay, between the old town and the coast, with Cala de Finestrat and Benidorm a few minutes away. Despite the name, it has no golf course of its own: the municipality's only course is Puig Campana Golf, nine holes, and it sits in a different development, Alfarella.
The housing is villas and detached houses alongside townhouses and bungalows, across a wide range of sizes, with many homes having their own pool and sea views thanks to the slope. This is a development of residents rather than a seasonal one: the playground on Calle Illa d'Eivissa, the street lighting and the speed bumps of recent years all came from proposals the residents themselves took to the town hall.
