Playa del Cura takes in 375 metres of coast between Punta Margalla and the port, right in the town centre. It is a town beach, of fine sand and calm water, with adapted access by ramps and walkways. The Paseo Juan Aparicio runs along it end to end, with terraces and shops at the edge of the sand.
The building is apartment blocks on the front and second line, with barely any gap between the block and the sand. It is the choice for anyone who wants to walk down to the beach and have the life of the town centre at the door, all year round or just a few weeks in summer.
